Takako Seimiya Senn, trumpet, is an international performing artist and dedicated music educator who has performed with numerous orchestras and chamber ensembles across the United States and abroad. Takako earned her Bachelor of Music in performance and education at Musashino Academia Musicae, Tokyo, Japan and received her Master and Doctorate of Musical Arts in performance at the University of Minnesota. She is currently a trumpet instructor at the Mount Olivet School of Music.

Brian Ohnsorg, tenor, is a Mount Olivet member and serves as the assistant conductor of the Mount Olivet Senior Choir. Brian has sung with professional ensembles such as The Minnesota Chorale, VocalEssence Ensemble Singers, the Minnesota Bach Society and the Oregon Bach Festival Chorus. His recent solo engagements have included Bach's St. John's Passion with the Leipzig Baroque Orchestra, Dubois' Seven Last Words at Mount Olivet, Mozart's Requiem with the St. Olaf Choirs and Mendelssohn's Lobgesange with the Southwest MN Chorale. In addition to his work as a musician at Mount Olivet, Brian has had a distinguished career as a high school choral director and began a new position at Farmington High School this fall. Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music Education from Gustavus Adolphus College and a Master of Music in Vocal Performance from the University of Minnesota.

Baritone Justin Staebell is a Mount Olivet member and frequent soloist. He has been seen on the concert stage performing as a baritone soloist for the Brahms Requiem, Duruflé Requiem, Mozart Requiem, St. John Passion and Bach Magnificat and has worked with the Arizona Opera company as well as the Minnesota Opera and Center City Opera. He is a two-time recipient of the Metropolitan Opera Auditions Four City District Encouragement Award. Justin earned a Bachelors of Vocal Performance from the State University of New York at Fredonia and a Master of Music degree in Opera Performance at Arizona State University.

A group for young adults ages 18-22, Hi-er League meets in person during 4 school vacations and online throughout the year; a weekend at COP in June, a fun bonfire in July, Pizza party in November, and Worship and Chipotle in December.

We hope to see you back at your Church during breaks from school to re-connect with old and new friends, have some fun from the stresses of college, and be in relationship with God.

Family Camp & Hi-League Retreat Work Staff Information

Please register below to have your name put into the lottery to work staff at COP during Hi-League Retreat (Aug 9-13) or Family Camp (July 1-4). We will draw names at random to determine who will be given the opportunity to work staff. A maximum of 12 men and 12 women will be able to go to each session.  This lottery is only open to High School Graduates of 2016.
