Young Marrieds is a community of
a variety of young couples; newly weds, couples with no children, and couples with young to pre-teen children. You do not
need to be a member of Mount Olivet Church to participate in events.
We
meet through out the year for a wide variety of social, service and family offerings. Our basic purpose is to involve, encourage
and welcome young couples into the life and growth of Mount Olivet Church.

"From Good to Great-Building an Even Better Marriage" which will be held on Friday and Saturday, March 26 and 27,
2010 at the Mount Olivet Retreat Center. This retreat is an opportunity for us to reconnect and grow in our relationship with
our spouse. Our presenter is Karen Stevensen, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in private practice and a Lutheran
pastor. Karen brings twenty-five years experience from counseling and her presentation will provide tools to enhance one's
marriage. The subjects will include intimacy, features of relationship satisfaction, integrity, conflict skills that bring
you closer together and communication patterns. There will be plenty of time to enjoy the amenities of the Retreat Center
