Mount Olivet Church Women

 
Who Are We?
Mount Olivet Church Women is the organization that unifies all women of Mount Olivet. Our mission is to serve our church while providing social opportunities for women in a spiritual enviornment. All Mount Olivet women are automatically members of the MOCW.
   
MOCW Events
The MOCW Board (with help from Circles) coordinates several annual MOCW events. Proceeds support the ministries of Mount Olivet. All women are invited members, visitors, family and friends!

  Upcoming Dates:

  • Wednesday, September 8 ~ Circle Leaders' Meeting at 7 pm  Minneapolis Campus
  • Sunday, September 19 ~ Circle Information Gathering & Tickets on Sale for Fall Dinner between services  Both Campuses
  • Wednesday, October 6 ~ Fall Dinner at 6:30 pm  Minneapolis Campus
  • Saturday, November 6 ~ Holiday Bazaar/Art Fair from 9am-1pm  Minneapolis Campus
  • Saturday, December 18 ~ Christmas Brunch at 10am  Minneapolis Campus

About Circles?
Within the MOCW framework are 19 Circles that meet monthly (usually September through May). Circles ...

  • Offer women a small community within our large church.
  • Share Christian fellowship and provide mutual affirmation and support for one another.
  • Nurture faith and spiritual growth.
  • Gain education and inspiration through programs and speakers.
  • Engage in service projects for our church and community.
  • Volunteer at Stewardship Dinners and MOCW events.
  • Provide monetary support for our church through dues and fund-raising events.

How to Join a Circle
Circles have unique personalities with various meeting times and locations. You may join a Circle at any time and are welcome to visit as many Circles as you wish before choosing one that best fulfills your needs and interests. Contact the MOCW Circle Membership Chair for ideas on where to begin. Or gather a group of friends and start a new Circle!
