Grief & Loss of Spouse Group (Mpls - Mondays 10:30-12:00 pm)   A space of support and understanding at various stages of the grieving process when facing the loss of a spouse. Focus is given to help normalize and process this complicated  experience.  Led by a licensed psychologist who will help support a safe space and encourage a health grieving process.

Caregiver Support Group  (Mpls - Tuesdays 1:30-2:30 pm)   A space to pause and take time for self-care while serving in various caregiving roles either personally or professionally. Group support and connection is encouraged between participants. There is also an emphasis on the importance of carving out time for self-care while caring for others. 
 
Relationships in Transition   (Mpls - Tuesdays 6:00-7:15 pm)   A space for support and exploration of the stages of challenge in forming and disconnecting in significant relationship. This group includes divorce, separation, starting new relationships after loss or heartbreak, or a more general desire to work on changing unhealthy relationship patterns in your life. Focus will be given to nurturing a more positive relationship with yourself regardless of relationship situation.
 
Parenting Support Group  (West Campus - Wednesdays 5:00-6:00 pm)   A parenting support and educational group structured around the book, "Parenting from the Inside Out" by Daniel Siegel, M.D. and Mary Hartzell, M.Ed.   The material in this group focuses on how as parents we can help raise children who thrive by exploring a deeper understanding of ourselves. Suitable for parents of all ages. Participants will gain an increased understanding of how our own experiences impact how we parent and strategies to enhance our relationship with ourselves and our children. 
 
Building Resilience  (Mpls - Thursdays 9:30-10:30 am)  An experiential, skills building group focused on enhancing overall wellbeing including aspects of mindfulness meditation and positive psychology (the study of well being and increasing the positive rather than exclusive focus on patho9logy and mental illness).
 
Retirement Support and Growth (Mpls - Thursday 11:30am-1:00 pmThis is a group designed to help those interested in working through and supporting one another with transitions around retirement. Group members may still be working and anticipating retirement, recently retired or even retired for awhile and wondering what's next. This is a space to discuss the unique challenges faced when moving on from work life.  Support and discussion will focus on ways to figure out what retirement can mean for you.
