Our West Campus is hosting King’s Kids Camps

King’s Kids: Be a Part of Mount Olivet History REGISTER ONLINE

For almost 40 years, King’s Kids Camps have welcomed Mount Olivet young people to a camping experience close to home. Held at our West Campus in Victoria this year, we look forward to outdoor games, local adventures, exploring our faith, and much, much more! Camps available for kids entering 1st & 2nd grade or 3rd & 4th grade. Our 5th & 6th graders just wrapped up Camp SOAP at the end of June. They participated in several service projects over their four camp days.

King’s Kids Day Camp (3rd & 4th Gr) 7/11-7/14 am-4:30pm Daily, West Campus (Bus from Mpls). Campers will learn about people from the Bible as they learn more about each other and the power of what we can accomplish together as God’s children! Each day will start at West, building and strengthening relationships followed by excursions to an outdoor park and swimming pool.

King’s Kids Day Camp (1st & 2nd Gr) 7/18-7/21 8am-4:30pm Daily, West Campus (Bus from Mpls). Our 1st and 2nd graders will have fun scampering about, learning adventure stories in the Bible … and having some adventures of their own! Games, crafts, swimming, outdoor activities, and more will fill our four days of camp!

Dig Into Summer (5th & 6th Gr)
7/7 8am-4:15pm (Pick-Up / Drop-Off at Mpls Youth Center & West Narthex), Mount Olivet Conference & Retreat Center. Be an archaeologist for a day, research the past, and play in the dirt! There will be a slide presentation of an actual Native American site showing archaeologists at work. Authentic artifacts will be handled and studied. This exciting program is in partnership with archeologist and Mount Olivet member, Michael Larson. His work has brought him to Patagonia, Africa, and around the United States. Mike will lead us in a dig at the Retreat Center and there also will be time to swim in the indoor pool! Cost: $40 includes lunch, materials, and transit. Register
