Musikgarten at Mount Olivet - Early Childhood Music Program

Musikgarten at Mount Olivet is a musical experience designed to bring the joy of music to parent/caregiver and child. Each session is designed for parents/caregivers and their babies and toddlers, ages newborn through three years. Activities include songs, movement, focused listening and the use of simple instruments. Musikgarten at Mount Olivet has enhanced its program to offer families the opportunity for age-specific or family music classes. This is your chance to sing, dance and play with your child in a musical setting. All of our staff is certified in the curriculum and enthusiastic about teaching your child.

Tuition Babies/Toddler:

$70/first child; $20/each additional child (Per Semester)

Tution Cycle of Seasons:

$100/first child; $20/each additional child (Per Semester)

Family Materials Cost: $35.00 (Per Semester) (For babies this includes a parent book of songs and fingerplays and a CD. For Family/Toddlers this cost includes a parent book with songs and fingerplays, CD, and scarf For Cycles of the Seasons this cost includes 2 CDs, 12 animal cards, parent book and cloth bag. Price includes shipping and handling fees.)

Registration

Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis with returning students given priority. Placement in a class is made once payment is received. Every effort will be made to give participants their first choice in class day and time. Please assume that you received your first choice in class time unless you hear otherwise by mail or phone. Registration materials are available online or by contacting Cari at 612.767.2258 or email at carig@mtolivet.org.

Class changes and refunds
Please contact your teacher in advance should you need a temporary change in class time. Be considerate of other children in class and stay home if your child is showing signs of illness. In the event you miss a class because of a sick child, feel free to make arrangements with your teacher for a make-up session. Refunds are not given for missed classes that cannot be re-scheduled during the current session. Your tuition payment includes a 20.00 non-refundable administration fee should you need to withdraw for any reason.

Classroom guidelines
Musikgarten at Mount Olivet - Early Childhood Music Program classes are designed to be a purposeful, interactive time with your newborn to three year old. Please make alternate arrangements for your older child(ren) during class time. You and your child(ren) should be dressed comfortably and for participation and leave toys and snacks at home or in your car. Please let your instructor know of any special needs or concerns you may have regarding Musikgarten at Mount Olivet.
