Registration

Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis with returning students given priority. Placement in a class is made once payment is received. Every effort will be made to give participants their first choice in class day and time. Please assume that you received your first choice in class time unless you hear otherwise by mail or phone.

Class changes and refunds

Please contact your teacher in advance should you need a temporary change in class time. Be considerate of other children in class and stay home if your child is showing signs of illness. In the event you miss a class because of a sick child, feel free to make arrangements with your teacher for a make-up session. Refunds are not given for missed classes that cannot be re-scheduled during the current session. Your tuition payment includes a $20.00 non-refundable administration fee should you need to withdraw for any reason.

Classroom guidelines

Musikgarten classes are designed to be a purposeful, interactive time with your child.  Please make alternate arrangements for your older child(ren) during class time. You and your child(ren) should be dressed comfortably and for participation and leave toys and snacks at home or in your car. Please let your instructor know of any special needs or concerns you may have regarding Musikgarten at Mount Olivet.
