The Mount Olivet School of Music develops and encourages musical skill and appreciation in each student, regardless of age or ability. In an artistic, nurturing environment, teachers provide excellent musical instruction thus educating, strengthening and enriching the intellectual, spiritual and emotional person.

Facilities

The School of Music administrative offices are located at Mount Olivet Lutheran Church, 5025 Knox Avenue South in southwest Minneapolis. Lessons are given at the Minneapolis and West Campuses.

This program is designed for 4th and 5th graders who are beginners or who have some experience playing an instrument. Students learn to play their instruments in sectionals and as large groups. Instruction includes general music concepts which are reinforced through games and group activities.                Register Here
