An ideal candidate would have earned a Master’s degree (or higher) in Music, have a minimum of two years experience
playing organ in a worship setting, possess exceptional piano accompanying skills and excellent keyboard skills, a good knowledge
of organ literature and Lutheran Hymnody, have strong background in traditional worship and an appreciation for a high energy

Mount Olivet Lutheran Church - West Campus in Victoria, MN is seeking
a part time Youth Choir Director for their 30-voice 7th & 8th
grade Chancel Choir and 20-voice 9th-12th grade Cathedral Choir. Position would require conducting
two Wednesday evening rehearsals (5:30-6:30 and 7:00-8:00 pm) and participating in Sunday worship services approximately twice
per month as well as special holiday services during the school year (September - May). An ideal candidate would possess excellent
musical, interpersonal, and classroom management skills, be a highly motivated self-starter, and recognize the importance
of being a team player. This is a ministerial position and the candidate selected will be expected to engage fully in all
aspects of youth ministry including personal interaction with individual members of the choir and congregation. Music Education
