Kick, punch, and groove the calories away in this high-energy class with certified fitness instructor, Karin Junge. This class is appropriate for moderately fit to fit individuals. In this non-contact kickboxing class, participants can expect a high-impact cardiovascular workout; however modifications are available for those looking for low-impact options. Wear comfortable workout clothing, and bring shock-absorbing shoes and a water bottle.

(New students: Must arrive 15 minutes early to 1st class for technique demo with instructor, and must complete a health history & waiver form.)

Mon.; Jan. 9. - May 21; 4:45-5:30pm; Room 482; Cost: $7 drop-in fee (paid to the instructor at class). No registration necessary.
