MOCW Holiday Bazaar and Art Fair                      Vendor Reservations are Full/Closed
November 5, 2011  ~ 9 am - 1 pm

The crafters for the Art Fair are set up in the gym or Youth Center, as Fellowship Hall is reserved for women's circle groups.  Space is limited, and reservations are first-come, first-serve basis. Please register early to guarantee your spot!  

  
Registration is $25.00/ table (non-refundable) and 15% of your sales are donated to the MOCW board. This is a change from last year! Registration starts May 26 and continues through October 15 or until spaces are filled. 
 
Further registration information:
  • You may request one or two eight-foot tables.
  • There are a limited amount of electrical outlets.
  • You will need to provide your own table covering.
  • The products need to be homemade.
  • Only Mount Olivet members are allowed to sell. If you know somebody who is a member and willing to stay with you at the table the day of the bazaar, that would qualify you.
  • You will receive confirmation of your registration in the summer and then a packet in the fall with more information and a form that needs to be filled out for tax purposes.
  • Set up for the fair begins on Friday afternoon and Sat morning at 6:30 before the bazaar.
  • You may collect cash and checks if you are unable to process credit cards.
  • At the end of the day, you are responsible for clean-up of your area.
  • Collection of your donation will be immediately at the end of the event.
  • There is food available for purchase that day.
