Cherub Choir (3-5 years old: Pre-K) Through singing and musical games, these very young singers begin their choir experience in an atmosphere where they are recognized as loved children of God, and an important part of our church family.

Alleluia Choir (K-1st grade) A continuation of Cherub Choir, this fun choir for kindergarteners and 1st graders, groups "pre-readers" together. Alleluia members learn basic music fundamentals and begin the art of creating a beautiful singing tone.

Hosanna Choir (2nd - 3rd Grade)
A choir designed for 2nd and 3rd graders who are now "reading to learn." Instruction focuses on expanding the child’s knowledge of music fundamentals, as well as beginning the process of reading music.

Chapel Choir (4th - 6th Grade)
A choir for the intermediate age singer. 4th through 6th graders use their musical knowledge to begin part-singing as well as explore the use of "hands on" instrumental accompaniments. These advanced choristers will utilize their musical gifts in a variety of different ways through the choir year!

Chancel Choir (7th - 8th Grade)
A group of 7th and 8th grade singers, who are active in Confirmation, and other junior high activities of Mount Olivet. This choir serves as a unique opportunity for young adolescents to create and build relationships with their peers and their church.

Cathedral Choir (9th - 12th Grade)
With numerous high schools represented and many active members, Cathedral Choir offers one of the most unique service opportunities for this age group. Throughout the school year, choir members gather regularly Wednesday evenings for rehearsals and Sunday mornings to sing in church. This outstanding choir provides excellent experiences for musical and spiritual growth as well as a regular opportunity for service.
