Baptism at Mount OlivetThe sacraments of Holy Baptism and Holy Communion carry

your family at Mount Olivet Lutheran Church.

We have baptisms every Sunday. The Pastor who is scheduled
to preach also performs the baptisms on that given Sunday. Below is the schedule. Private baptisms can be arranged. Please
call Mary Lindberg, 612.767.2267, for more information or to schedule a baptism.

Baptism Class: We Bring this ChildBaptism is a once-in-a-lifetime sacrament
in your child’s faith journey. Jesus said to his followers, “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing
them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.” (Matthew 28:19). Baptism is God’s promise
to us to wash away our sins. In this one-session, one-hour class with Pastor Kurt Kalland at the Minneapolis Campus and Pastor
Eric Youngdahl or Pastor Bob Wertz at the West Campus, you will learn more about the promises Baptism holds for your child,
the promises you make for your child, and ways to help your children understand themselves as children of God. No
charge; Childcare available—register at nursery. Please register with Mary Lindberg (612.767.2267/maryl@mtolivet.org)
one week prior to class.
